By downloading or using Just Sudoku: Pure Logic ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is developed by Emirhan Ayaz ("we", "us"). These terms supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Social features use an optional, anonymous account. When choosing a username or display name you agree not to impersonate others and not to use names that are offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may change or remove usernames and restrict accounts that violate this rule. You can report or block other players from within the App.
Leaderboards, leagues, challenges, and events are meant to be fair. Scores are validated server-side; attempts to submit falsified results, automate play, or otherwise cheat may result in scores being excluded or the account being restricted.
The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases (a premium unlock and voluntary developer tips) processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies; tips are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law. Premium can be restored on a new device via "Restore Purchases".
The core game works offline. Social features depend on network connectivity and our backend; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features (including leaderboards, leagues, and events) at any time without liability.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Generated puzzles are provided for your personal play.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
